Hunter S. Hastings
Hunter S Hastings received his legal education from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law,
focusing on dispute resolution and civil litigation. While attending law school Hunter
served on the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal. During his second and third
year of law school, Hunter was a certified law clerk for a prominent civil defense
litigation firm where he gained experience in various legal matters such as complex
construction defects, medical malpractice, personal injury, and toxic torts. Prior to
obtaining his J.D., Hunter completed a dual master’s program, earning an MDR in
Dispute Resolution from the prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at
Pepperdine School of Law; as well as an MPP in applied economics and public policy
from Pepperdine School of Public Policy. Hunter received his Bachelor of Science
degree from the University of Oregon majoring in Economics and Philosophy.
