As a nationally-recognized expert in in the prosecution and defense of fraudulent transfer claims, Jay Adkisson served as an American Bar Association Section Adviser to the drafting committee of the Uniform Voidable Transactions Act (2014). He has lectured frequently to professional groups on the topic of fraudulent transfers and published numerous articles on the subject.

As to the motion practice involving charging orders, Jay Adkisson is the author of the American Bar Association book, The Charging Order Practice Guide (ABA 2018), and has lectured frequently to professional groups on the topic of charging orders and published numerous articles on the subject.
Asset Protection Litigation
The firm has experience in the area of asset protection litigation, including the defusing of complex asset protection arrangements on behalf of creditors, and the defense of complex asset protection structures on behalf of debtors and related persons. Jay Adkisson is a co-author of Asset Protection: Concepts & Strategies (McGraw-Hill 2004), and has lectured frequently to professional groups on the topic of asset protection and published numerous articles on the subject.
Sister-State and Foreign-Country Judgment Registration
The area of sister-state and foreign-country judgment registration is another area of expertise for the firm. Jay Adkisson served as an American Bar Association section adviser to the drafting committee of the Uniform Canadian Money-Judgment Registration Act (2019).
