After filing a request an emergency request for a temporary restraining order, Chris Pitet was able to get a secured party to agree to cancel Article 9 UCC foreclosure sales of valuable real property sitting adjacent to Franklin Canyon public park schedule for April 29, 2021. The win was a major victory for firm client and famed real estate developer Mohamed Hadid.
