Experience

Muzna Zeitouni is licensed to practice law in Michigan and California. Ms. Zeitouni received her legal education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where she graduated with the first degree of honors. Upon graduation, she worked as a law clerk at Latham & Watkins in Saudi Arabia, where she worked on international agreements and transactions between global companies.

She later moved to the United States and pursued L.L.M. in corporate law and finance from Western Michigan University. While pursuing her L.L.M, she wrote articles that were published in the Ingham County Bar Association Briefs and worked as a research assistant with Professor E. Christopher Johnson.

After moving to California and passing the bar exam, Ms. Zeitouni worked at a small boutique law firm before joining Adkisson Pitet LLP. Her principal areas of practice involve advising and reviewing corporate contracts and transactions and estate planning.

Since joining Adkisson Pitet, Muzna has been working on estate planning, specializing in serving the Middle Eastern community in Southern California and creating estate plans that would achieve religious and tax goals.

In addition to being an attorney, Ms. Zeitouni is a mother of two young girls and a wife of a young cardiologist in Orange County. In their free time, the family likes to spend time exploring the beautiful nature of Southern California.

Community Involvement

As a mother of two kids at Minaret Academy, Muzna is now serving as a secretary of the school’s Parent Teacher Organization for the year of 2022/2023.
